Resort Rules

Announcement by Hacienda Resort (Updated 6th of March 2022)

- Renters can't invite guests for the beach (only inside the unit)

- Minimum Stay is 7 days (Shorter trips are not allowed)

- 5000 EGP are paid one time (not per person) for beach access per week for a Chalet and 7000 EGP for a Villa per week

- Maximum allowed number of people allowed to enter the beach from a Chalet is 6 persons and 8 persons for Villas

- An Extra 350 EGP fee is paid per reservation for security clearance in Alamein Police office & other security authorities

 


  •   Check from 3 pm to 4 pm
  •   Check out from 11 AM to 12 PM
  •   Pets are not allowed
  •   Marriage certificates are a must for mixed groups
  •   Maximum number of guests "Ages 12 or above" is 12
  •   No parties or loud music allowed
  •   You pay the deposit amount indicated for each property to confirm your booking (either strict or semi-strict policy).
  •   The Confirmation Deposit is only refundable within 24 hours of making the booking, and that is only if the trip is more than 2 weeks away.
  •   Changing trip dates is not allowed after Confirmation.
  •   Exception to this policy is "Beach Closure by government regulations", in this case full deposit is granted.
 

CHECK IN / OUT TIMES & TERMS:

    1. Check in from 3.00 PM to 4:00 PM.
    2. Check out from 11:00 AM to 12.00 PM.
    3. Late check-outs disturb our daily operations and the trips following yours. An extra charge (up-to one night) applies for all late check-outs, added
      to your final bill.

FACILITIES & SERVICES:

    1. Our Customer Care Team is available all-week around via Chat or Phone from 10AM to 12AM, to answer your inquiries and book any of the services below.
    2. Support & maintenance services are available every day from 10AM to 10PM.
    3. Housekeeping services are available on-demand at special rates with daily booking hours from 10 AM to 5 PM.
    4. Laundry services are available on-demand at very special rates. Laundry services are available on-demand at exclusive rates.
    5. Exclusive transportation from Cairo International Airport is available at special rates.

HOUSE INSURANCE POLICY

    1. Insurance down payment is due before check-in.
    2. Insurance amount depends on the property details and the trip duration.
    3. Guests are requested to report any existing house damage with pictures to our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of check-in.
    4. During check-out, any damages (not pre-existing) are estimated.
    5. Guests are legally liable to full equivalent compensation for damages in the event of total or partial damage to the unit or its contents if this occurred as a result of an error or negligence.

Reservation Confirmation & Payment:

    •  Reservation is only confirmed only with:
      1.  Deposit payment
      2.  A copy of the National ID of all guests is received by our team (mandated by resorts & local authorities).

House Rules Violations:

    1. Marriage certificates are a must for mixed groups
    2. Maximum number of guests per unit (Ages 12 or above) must be respected
    3. No parties or loud music allowed.
    4. In case of any house rule violation, JustPack has the right to end the trip with no refunds.

Rental Fees Exclusions:

    1. Beach access/passes or fees are not included.
    2. Water and electricity charges are not included.

 Beach Access Passes:

    1. Some resorts require passes for beach access and their prices vary from one to another.
    2. Just Pack is not responsible for guaranteeing that the beach access fees known at time of booking will persist at time of the trip.
    3. If Beach access fees changed, this is not a cause for any refund.
    4. Beach access fees are not included in the pricing.
    5. Each property comes with a limited number of beach passes depending on the property type.
    6. Just Pack is not authorized to issue additional passes.
    7. Guests are requested to sign their names upon receiving the passes.
    8. In case a beach pass card is lost OR not delivered during checkout, a 1500 EGP penalty is due for each lost card and gets deducted from the insurance amount.
    9. This penalty is to issue new replacement pass cards for the following trip in the same day.
    10. Just Pack is not responsible for guaranteeing that the beach access fees known at time of booking will persist at time of the trip. 
    11. If Beach access fees changed, this is not a cause for any refund. 

Utilities:

    1. Water and electricity rates are calculated based on past average consumption, and need to be paid during check-in.
    2. Any extra consumption above the amount paid will be settled during check-out.

Payment Methods:

    • Just Pack provides 2 payment methods:
      1. Cash
      2. Bank transfer (Transfer receipt is not a good enough proof since it frequently bounces back, proof is when the amount is debited to our bank account)
